Dense urban areas are increasingly challenging to develop housing for. Prefab units offer a way forward, but their fixed dimensions need to be matched to the constrained spaces available in the city.
We developed software that lets prefab developers prospect for value in the city using the exact spatial requirements of their units. Using our advanced scanning and shape detection technology, we helped Kasita map urban parcels which fit the demographic and especially spatial needs of their units, creating a surgically-precise pre-qualified prospect list. Smart housing meets smart scanning: a perfect match.
